Cortez 5 inch coil

I sent my Cortez back to Tesoro to have the 5 inch coil tuned to my unit, will that nullify my standard 9 inch coil settings?

No this will not change the settings on the stock coil. There is not a big difference in the calibrations between these two coils and I don't think a change is necessary and Tesoro should have told you so unless you lived in a area with lots of monetization.
