I got the strongest signals higher up though, yellow circles for gold, blue for silver. The red Xs, how to interpret the signals, depends on whether this was a massacre site or old mine. Either entrance to cave/tunnel or old mine diggings, unless a massacre/cache site....then look for caches.

I'm getting coins at the red circles. Circle on the left must be loose and less than 2 feet deep. The other 2 with dots are deep enough to be caches, but it would take a 2-box or another type deep enough detector to reach them.

Another possible deep cache site, red circle with dot.

Nice piece of land, might check out the raw gold spots, see if it is just trace amounts or there is enough for prospecting. Sometimes the deep coin signals can indicate old cellar holes too.

I did some more checking, red circles with a dot, don't think they are caches but seem like either a grave with stuff or an old cellar hole....depth on all 3 got about 5-6 feet deep, although I'd still check the spot in case there are caches. The plain red circle should be a spot to find coins or valuable old stuff metal detecting.Yellow/blue circles is probably raw gold with trace silver minerals. Red Xs don't seem to be a cache, could be old excavation holes or hidden cave entrance. Found a couple more places you should be able to metal detect for coins or valuable old stuff from surface down to 1-2 ft.

Hi Bobby5,
Dowsing revealed an attraction to loose coins in the blue circled area on the right.
A wide attraction to silver in the large, thin blue circled area.
An attraction to 2 small silver coin caches in the blue circled areas on the left.
Thanks for posting your picture
