Could this be a significant artifact?

Howdy,

While working the cornfields recently I found this stone by the riverbank. Clearly worked by human hands, but I'm clueless as to when or why. Does anyone recognize this as a possible tool? Also found a barber dime and two 1879 cents. Plus a little NESA badge.

I don't know, looks like it slips onto something. Neat looking stone. The other finds are cool too!

Might have been a child's tomahawk - shaft scrapers were usually made of flint. I would find them in Ohio cornfields.
