🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Could this be an Iron Mace ??

Took out the ole Whites MXT 300 and hit some spots I usually hunt for gold , an old Chinese mining camp here in the Motherlode Region. I was hitting the benches near the creeks and I usually hit the flat spots and hunt around large granite boulders as the early miners would rest and take breaks in those areas. I got a strong signal right at the base of a boulder and found this item. I have found various items, opium cans, coins and tin cans until I hit upon this weird looking item. If anyone has any ideas or guesses what it is please let me know, Thanks.

I have done an image search on the net and all I come up with that look similar are various styles of maces. I mystery for sure and one I hope I solve with all your help. :)

Could you post one of those photos? The technology needed to make what you are holding in your hand seems more modern than the age when maces were used. Thanks!

I'm very doubtful on that unfortunately due to the holes there are too perfect and look to be made in modern day. Though I have no idea.

Good point...it does have a modern look to it...perhaps its some type of pressure/steam object.
