coupla bullets and a cane top???

These were found in another proverbial "hunted out" field. The gilt item is about 1X1 1/2 inches and is hollow on the obverse side. It's got a shell motif and I think it's fairly heavy brass. Any ideas? Thanks for looking!

Nice CW bullets.From what I can tell it looks to be a button face,maybe.I also would like to see a pic of the back.
