Couple artifacts, possible quartz tool?

Got out for an hour this morning and found a nice point and another worked piece (worked all the way around).

This quartz piece is interesting. I usually pick up quartz in the field anyways which is why I originally picked it up, but I instantly saw a "wave" from perhaps taking out big pieces to make the edge. The edge if looking closely looks to have had some use. After cleaning it up a bit noticed some smoothed divots in the stone (divots are on oposite sides of the pointed end). Again I did best I could with the pictures, but can take any others if needed.

Natural on the quartz to many hairline fractures in it they wouldnt of used it. But the other 2 pieces look nice the big blade looks to have some damage on the one end some looks missing if it was whole imo both ends would of been worked smooth. Just going by the pics given unless you want to show both ends.
