Back today at a late 1700s farmhouse I've detected a number of times. Decided to hit some of the side yard underneath a bunch of old trees. We've had a lot of rain recently, and I was hoping to find some deeper targets I may have missed in the past.
First was a nice 1803 Large Cent, the obverse is real nice and the reverse is even nicer.
Next was the 1820 Large Cent in decent shape.
Finally got an Artillery button with a bunch of the original gilt remaining. The back isn't in as great of shape as the front, but I'm pretty sure I see "treble gilt" as the backmark.
Thanks for looking!
