Couple finds from the other day.

Hey felow treasre seakers, well I found these two things on the oval at the old Plattsburgh air base. Was wondering if anybody has info on the buckle. Its made of brass, and thats about all I know about it. Also was wondering if anyone knows anything about the pendant, not even sure what its made of. Well any info would be great, and thanks for looking. L8TR
