I know the buckles are obviously buckles but not sure on the era and age. Could they be civil war?

The third item looks like part of old scissor handle but it's shaped wrong after the finger hole. Any idea??

The last piece resembles some vocal war pieces I've seen. It's complete and not broken.

All were found in areas where there was civil war activity. Any help is much appreciated
