Ron,

Those are absolutely gorgeous pieces, excellent, excellent work. Would you take one of my kids in trade? ;)

Bravo!

You do great work! As a carver, I can really appreciate the amount of labor involved, but it is a labor of love.

I like working with the natural shapes of the wood.

Congrats on your work!

That piece is one fantastic 'work of art'.
I have a friend who makes cedar pieces, & I am always
on the lookout for 'natural' curved pieces.

Fossis............

OMG :o That is stunning. I love the beauty of wood. You're not going to see any of my pieces now, your's are just fantastic. I'm green with envy. ;D

those are incredible! Such craftmanship and amazing natural beauty coming together.....WOW!

Do you make walking sticks as well, and if so would you be willing to sell one?

You do beautifully artistic work!!

Thanks for posting that wonderful work of art Ron.I'm always amazed seeing how you can take that insignificant piece of wood and be able to create such a beautiful work of art.

Thanks for your comments Cuban,

I have made a few walking sticks but don't make them anymore. I see that Fossis and Riverrat make some nice ones though.

TOP NOTCH WORK!!!!

Ron, after seeing the "before" pics, who would of thought they could be transformed into something as wonderful as what you've created with them. You have an exceptional gift. . . beautiful work!

Great stuff Ron, I go to the web site often to see what you have hid there
Don
Thanks for taking a look Don,

I have not had much time lately to visit the forums. I have been awful busy getting my firewood in. Also with a few other life storms.

Hope to get out and take some fresh pictures soon.

Ron

Ron,

That is an absolutely stunning piece of work. And one of a kind! ;D
You truely have a talent for working with wood!

I don't know if we have any juniper around here but we have a 5500 acre ranch full of manzanita. A lot of it is huge and twisted like your raw piece. If I had your talent I'd try doing it with the manzo. What do you do to keep it from splitting after it ages some? Beautiful work!
