Courtesy Autographs on US Currency

I am just curious, is this like a legitimate thing? I am history/coin/paper money - collector/lover and I would like to get something like this done if it is even possible. Does anyone know if it's something you can actually do, or is this site is just making it up?

yea all you got to do is figure out where the person is at that you want the sig. of and mail them a bill and a sase so they can sign it and return it to you. most of them will do it free of charge.
