You are never to old to learn something new. I thought covered bridges were only a New England thing.

I agree . We have many here in PA but I never knew the west had them.
looks a bit narrow for vehicles though .

We have quite a few of these here.

If you have ever seen the movie "Shanandoah" with James Stewart, Some of the scenes were filmed in the Cottage Grove, Or. area. The covered bridge segment was a few miles outside Cottage Grove.The bridge spans Row river, and is still there today. I have driven past it for years on the way to my parents house, but have never taken a picture of it.

Yes it is narrow with one lane. I drove through it in my pick up

Great shot, Should see if you could get your big truck across it?:laughing7: You could make the news and be famous like that driver that did that fine job on the I-5 Skagit River Bridge collapse.
