Since we already have an Ebay Treasures Forum, I thought a Craigslist forum would be a good idea. I for one am completely addicted to craigslist now, having bought and sold with much success. Every now and then you are able to find a gem on there (see my post about the entire collection of bottles and my soon-to-be coin collection post!).

Not only can you find treasures, but I have had great success is securing some great metal detecting locations using craigslist. I posted in the Wanted section for places to dig, explaining what I did, and I got several responses.

I have a whole list of locations that people have given me, several for lost items like jewelry, but a few that sound like they have potential. Now I just have to find the time to pursue them.

All a person has to do is sign up for the craigslist or freecycle in their area.. Not trying to give anyone a hard time but I see no sense in posting links here for it...when its just a matter of each person signing up in their area..
