Ok, soooo after a crazy thought I had...I got to wondering, just what is the most outrageous items that have successfully been sold on eBay? I know empty toilet paper tubes have been sold, so what have you guys sold?

The funniest! Years ago before they cracked down on some of this stuff, prostitutes or used adult toys would have be towards the top of the list as odd or funny. Might still be on there?

My wife found five little hand puppets at a garage sale for $1.75 total. They were from Dennis the Menace cartoons. The final price was over $500! I think Dennis must have bid on these himself... Lol

For me it was the opposite... BOTH the women AND the men were "scared"...
The women for the thought of it being a career ending choice...
And the other male stars because they were afraid of losing their job :P

I bought an old pocket watch in pieces for something like $35 bucks(don't remember exact amount) Took it home put it together and had it in a drawer. I was laid off one winter and threw it on and it ended up at $1175. Later found out it was a really early American piece. I had no clue! So, I learned to research first!

What surprises me is when broken stuff sells. I put up a DKNY fall bracelet with acorns. One of the acorns was falling off. I listed it at $20 plus shipping. I think it sold within an hour. Normally I toss those into my junk broken lots. Who knew?
