Thought the board might find this interesting. Anyone run across this before?
From what I can piece together, it's part of a marketed set from private company called The Morgan Mint - see this eBay listing for the whole set (also includes a colorized and gold-plated version).
It was enough of an oddity to break up the roll hunting, which is always nice. Happy Holidays!
