Creek Hunt Knife Aug 23rd

Hello,
It's been awhile since I've had something to put on. This is a knife my son & I found today in a new part of a creek. I spotted it from like 5 or 6 feet away but wanted him to find it so he could train his eye!

I held it up to the sun & you wouldn't think that the dark flint would be partially translucent.

Anyone have an idea what kind of knife it is?

Great find and because of its age and rarity, not to mention the super flaking it is banner worthy!
