CRH Music anyone?

Just curious if anyone listens to a certain type of music while hunting.

personally, I listen to either classical piano (mozart, beetoven....etc) or gangster rap. I know, what a spread.

what do you listen to?

most of the time i will turn on the radio or pandora.com so i can have a mix.

I do like to have Johnny Cash, TomPetty, James Taylor, or Jimmy Buffett playing. Course thats anytime not just while CRH.

Hell I watch alot of TV while CRH lol

My searching is 90% in the casino but whenever I'm at home it's "The Thieving Magpie" overture by Rossini. It's the perfect accompanyment to acquiring valuable coins at face value. LOL After that it's usually something by the Beatles.

I used to watch shows I tivo'd all the time while CRHing, but the light in that room just isn't as good and I was getting too much eye strain.

So now I use a different room with better light. I also don't watch as much television as I used to as there just aren't that many interesting shows on any more.

I am hit and miss on the music. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If there is music it covers a wide spectrum. Just about everything except country and classical. Most of it is 80's or newer with a smidgeon of 70's stuff mixed in. Most frequently I would say its been 80's music (80's radio station), rock/hard rock, or rap. Just depends on my mood at the time. Over 50% of the time I would say its just peace and quiet and no music, no kids, just relaxing.

Right you are Dave! And the penny casino where I hunt has the worst. At night the piped in music system has a nasty mix of rap and thrashing metal, if you can believe it. But Saturday and Sunday are worse - live DJ with some of the loudest hip-hop & rap you can stand. Ugh! I earn those wheaties baby!

Fortunately the slots are pretty old and about half of them don't make noise anymore. But that noise I can tune out.

Of all the people who work there I don't know how the cocktail servers deal with the atmosphere. And they get tipped in pennies sometimes! I always give 'em a dollar and they react like I'm a Rockefeller. LOL

Duran Duran - "Hungry Like The Wolf" is my favorite CRH song. I listen to it at least twice during each CRH session.
