I'm not sure if this fits the definition of enormous, but this is what Treasurenet is stating about this forum as I post.

You all are WAY to worried about others seeing this site. It's almost funny how you all continue to post here but don't want anyone to see! Have fun with CRHing thats what it is supposed to be about. With a home computer in almost every home do you really think the few members here are all that read this? COME ON! I'm like Gman, If they are looking at this site they are more than likely already CRHing. Maybe a few years ago when you were looking at this site thinking of CRHing the members then were saying! As I look at the "roll hunting" area, I see that there are 55 members, and 118 guests viewing these posts. As for me, the boxes I have been getting have shown a marked reduction in the amount of silver they contain, and I have not been posting any of my finds. Let's face it, if it gets to the point that finding a 40%er is as rare as getting an Indian in a box of pennies, are you really going to keep looking because it's "fun" to dig through dumps ?? I mean, for me, finding three of four, 40% kennedys a year would take alot of the "fun" out of this hobby.

No I have to say I would stop looking at that point, but it's going to get to that point one way or the other anyway. Even if a few of you all sneak around and talk in code on your forms there will still be thousands of CHRers going to banks everyday picking up coin across this country. Its not going to stop the coins from disappearing because, " As you said 50 or so Members and 100 or so Watchers" on here stop hearing about your finds on Treasure net. Believe me there are Millions of people in America and do you think these few are all that CRH?? Get real! The people on here are just a drop in the bucket compared to the big picture of CRHing.
So to answer your question yes I would stop hunting if I only found 1-4 40% a year. And as sad as it sounds no matter what you and anyone else feels like they can do, it will get to that point sometime in the future no matter what, so just have fun with it now and worry about tomorrow when it comes.

I know, but this is one of those cases where I will do everything in my power to prolong the inevitable. The other problem is that more and more of my local banks are getting hit. I went to one of my once-a-monthers, and someone cleaned 'em out 2 days before I got there.

Ditto that. I found this CRH forum from posting on the MDing part.

I've been CRHing for a year now, and the silver is really dropping off bad. I doubt if I'll be doing it for much longer, it's just not worth the time. Still no coin counter for halves anywhere near me, so I have to roll it all back up. You get 8 boxes, get skunked and have to roll it up, makes for a bad day. :P
It was fun while it lasted. I hardly ever post here anymore, not finding much at all. Been doing some pennies, and not much else. I used to post every day in this forum.

Personnaly, I think the silver will always be out their to find. Why? Because people will hord their finds and one day pass away. Many children who inherit these silver coins will turn them back into banks at face value. You may say "No", but it happens all the time. How do you think we are still coming across walkers in these rolls? I have heard that it is good to search banks in lower income areas because this happens quite a bit there. Think of all that silver that people burried in their back yards and never went back to dig it up. I mean their is a ton of stuff to find. There will be dry spells but it just takes a good CRH every once and a while to fuel the fire. Don't Worry the silver is their if you are dedicated enough to find it.

Good point Golden Silver, there is allways new silver being dumped into the mix. These days it just takes a little more perseverance.
