CRH'ing more popular on East Coast?

Been following this website for a while now but finally registered.

I've been CRH'ing for almost two years now and just ordered my first box of halves. Very eager to see what I find even though it seems like others haven't been having so much luck lately cause everyone's doing it.

My current understanding on how coins are distributed goes as follows
Jar of coins => coinstar => truck => carrier distribution center => rewrapping => shipment to banks => us
or
bank => search => bank

That means coins rarely leave there respective regions and a lot of people who get skunked are exhausting their closest reserve bank?
Does that make any sense?

Are there more people on the east coast CRH'ing than people on the west coast? At least on online forums, it seems like I see a lot more users living in more Eastern states than Western ones. Same goes with metal detecting.

Love to hear your, more experienced, thoughts!

I fixed your post. Very little gets drawn from the Reserve or deposited in the Reserve.

One problem with that is that coinstars reject silver... and also the banks turn in the coin to brinks or another coin collecting system and then they get redistributed in what i would think a different area.
