Got my first class ring tonight. Was totally thrilled for that then a plug or two after that I scored a really nice Crotal with a design on it. Got a couple other decent items but nothing that compares to these two.

I'm thinking it shouldn't be too hard to find the rings owner. Its from the local high school though found at an elementary school

Two Sweet finds for sure!! Love the Crotal bells and still looking for my first class ring.

Very nice little bell. Does it still ring? One of the libraries here had all years of the high school yearbook I needed to return one of the class rings I found. I found a contact number for the class reunion organizer for another by doing a Google search for the senior class of that year. There are many resources so good luck!

Forgot to add that ring has initials inscribed on the inside so that will make it much easier to return

Any makers mark letters on the bottom. Should be one on each side..on most

Nice find by the way..fun find.

TOASTED THATS A NICE CROTAL YOU HAVE THERE . AND GOOD LUCK LOCATING THE OWNER OF THE RING.

Two really great finds. That's one of those really great hunts.

So what year is the ring??

awesome finds!, that bell Is really nice, and the ring is great too!
with initials you should be able to locate an owner, good luck!

Thanks everyone. The Crotal still rings though the ball on the inside is corroded. The ring is 1983 and I assume silver. It looks brand new though but was suprisingly deep

Good luck in returning the ring!

Nice finds! Congrats!

I'm still looking for both of those items.

That one of the nicer variants of crotal bell known as a "petal bell" due to the design on it. There should be a size number cast into the bell and possibly a maker. When they still have the pea inside and ring you have a special find! Kind of you to return the class ring! Best wishes with that and nice finds.

Wow that bell is in great shape.

Nice hunt there ! Love that bell, still seeking my first intact one ! Good luck with the return too :hello2:

Nice looking ring & crotal bell.
