Crotal bell and my first class ring

Got my first class ring tonight. Was totally thrilled for that then a plug or two after that I scored a really nice Crotal with a design on it. Got a couple other decent items but nothing that compares to these two.

I'm thinking it shouldn't be too hard to find the rings owner. Its from the local high school though found at an elementary school

Would it date to mid-early 19th century like the three large cents found nearby.

Yeah I'd say around there. Possibly mid 18th. Basically in the mid 18th they went to only the lower half being decorated. Before that it was both sides. That's just a quick tip. Still I think finding crotal bells are awesome. I only ever found two.
