✅ SOLVED Crotal Bell Maker?

Hello Folks, searching a cellar hole today in CT. I found a complete shoe or breech buckle and this large Crotal Bell. The Crotal Bell is ornate with an "H B" on the bottom...Thinking H B might be the maker. Anybody know and if so, what time period this is?

I think this is it. William Barton started the Barton Bell company in the 1770's in East Hampton CT. The bells at that time were marked with a W B. H B is for Hiram Barton, a son of William who had the company in the early to mid 1800's.
