ANNOUNCEMENT.
I would like to explain about the prizes and Raffle items. The raffle items will be on Friday evening. Tickets are a dollar each or 6 for 5 dollars. You can buy as many as you want. We pull out a ticket and call out the winning number. Then we pull out the next item and so forth. We have about 10 items. Then we have two items that will be auctioned off. A shotgun from WSD and I have an ink drawing given to me from Balding boy. It is signed. He is an unbelievable artist. The proceeds went to Ridgerunners Daughter last year. This year it will go to Evy to help her out.

Saturday you receive an envelope that has tickets. No charge for these tickets. These tickets are shuffled and then placed in an envelope. I grab 6 and throw them on a table and you grab one. Then you match your numbers with prizes that have the other half of your ticket. Then we give out one ticket to those that have a brass disc. You may get the grand prize, a dead chicken, or something in between.

Timberwolf (Tom) his funeral was today...... the entire fleet of Cable trucks led the procession an it went back by the cable office before we went to cemetary!

Glad to hear Dan is doing better!! Your work is about to start when he gets home. He probably won't be able to walk or help himself for 2 or 3 weeks after he wakes up, it won't be easy for you. He won't wake up and be normal like he was when he came into the hospital, trust me on that. He's got a long road ahead of him and so do you! You're both in my prayers!!!

Winter Storm Warning
The National Weather Service has placed much of Central Oregon under a Winter Storm Warning, 6 AM to 11 PM today.
A powerful winter storm will bring showers to Central Oregon and with the freezing level down to 3500 feet many will see snow today. Highs will top out in the lower 40's and SW winds will ramp up to a very gusty 20-30 mph. Look for more snow showers tonight as lows dip into the 20's and SW back of to a breezy 10-20 mph.
