Curb Strip Silver

Hello All. Hunted a new site today, an abandoned 1910 house curb strip and found silver!! I hope this is a trend, found silver on two of my last three hunts. The Merc speaks for and the medical pin is very cool. Any ideas on the age and origin of the pin? It says sterling on it so I am claiming it as another silver find.

I added a pic of the curb strip I hunted...no worries at this site with any complaints from home owners.
