Curious about a $50 bill

Serial numbers are sloped down at the end of the top left and was just wondering how common of a mistake this is. Thanks in advance for any help

Not only sloped on the left side s/n, but also look at the upper LEFT RIBBON near the big 50, it's a little wavey under the word Federal. Maybe the paper is the problem? Or, the die plate has become shifted somehow, in which case there could be thousands & thousands printed the same, IMOP. GOOD EYE, had me fooled.
