CW camp find...What is it?

This was found in a CW camp area that also saw action. Not saying it’s CW but wanted to give you possible time period. Area does not have modern trash. Any help would be appreciated. Happy hunting and Happy Easter.

It appears to be brass. Was a very high tone.

Maybe a brass fitting from a brass and wrought iron bed.

Looks like a brass finial to an old bed post.
