Yes it is!! Cool find. Its the brass barrel and frame from an old Belgian boot pistol. Your holding it upside down.

Your welcome. There were several found by other TN members. I believe it is 1840-1860. Look here for the proof mark. proofmark.gif This is the mark of the Liege Gun Works of Belgium. http://forum.treasurenet.com/index.php/topic,287229.0.html
