CW Musket Lock Plate @ Old Government Arsenal (McArthur Park)

Hi Folks,

I have had pneumonia and have not been able to hunt for
the last 3 weeks.

This evening, I decided to check out the old arsenal,

Didn't expect to find anything,

but I dug a few targets,

and low and behold, I found an old musket lock plate with
the sear and part of the spring still on it,

How cool is that

That's gonna look great in my Arkie Display.

I would if I knew how.

I tried once to build an electrolysis set up,
but it was pretty bad.

I'm just not sure what to do.

I cleaned the lock plate a little more and took it outside to
see the light of day for the first time in 150 years or so to
take a few pics,
