very nice Knife and rings (youd think folks would grease those blades b-4 loseing them) I hate finding a old great knife with no blade, But please tell me how many tabs did you dig b-4 the rings and does the cz help with dicremenating for that Thanks

actually i didn't dig any pull tabs today.iv dug them before and the CZ was always right on the ID so i no longer dig the pull tab id stuff.the CZ5 id's most gold as foil so i only dig foil tone and high coin tone for coins and silver rings.but i must say i dug enough foil gum wrappers to build an airplane.lol!

What's the silver and what's the gold karat?

the gold was 18k w/ 6 small diamond chips and some kind of a purple center stone.and the silver was 925 the Knife was a Case Cheetah W/stag handle

Congratulations great jewelry finds. Nice knife. I have not found one in that good of condition yet. And a great pile of clad. Hope the ole CZ6 is that good to me next hunt.

Good stuff! Those CZ5s are hard to beat! I have had mine for two years now and I really like it. The real old sites that are full of iron are a bit trying but overall a great machine.

Dixie digger, you should dig out those pull tab signals, often rings fall into the
pulltab category.
