DANDY BUTTON? AND A SILVER FIRST

Went out yesterday and had a few good finds first this 1906 barber dime my FIRST! .
Then this Dandy type button i"m not a button guy so i"m looking for ID help. Is this called a flat button? And an approx year or at least century was at a 1800 farm site. Looks to be a hallmark under shank?
