Daughters first find.

My daughter wanted me to share her first solo find. She is very proud of it. She found it using a cheapo radio shack detector with a needle display. Lol. (Yes I am trying to get her something better) it is a 1970 nickel. Congrats to her.

So unstable I had to keep my thumb on the button and my forefinger on the tuning knob so I could tune it as I swung! LOL

Pretty much the best post of all time!!! I got my 9 year old a detector like that and he found a few pulltabs and decided he hated metal detecting. I'm still working on getting him back out there. The future of this hobby right there
