DAY 10 - UPDATED

I rested whilsted Dad detected. Helped by digging.

Covered quite a bit of the field but not much happening in this middle section.

Found a Bottle neck - can't decide if Roman or 17th century??

Dad had a couple of interesting bits:
Medieval Belt decor
17th century spur buckle - new variant for us
Part of a Late Medieval Spur Rowel
1 scrappy

We also explored 2 big new fields. I field walked them & Dad wondered. Could find anything but learnt loads.

The spur rowel is neat. I am back in Celtic and Roman country, I would show you my finds from this evening but they are laying in a ditch, LOL. HH, Mike

Just putting items from another field away after showing the farmer.

I thought I may have the other bit which I found last year. Shows we are doing a good job clearing the field. Its an old break, normally if we get pieces that fit its in the same day.
