Day 2 at the school

Spent several hours detecting the school again. First couple hours just change but towards the end a few goodies popped up. Wanted gold but just didn't happen a Mormon pendent had me thinking I did but nope just plated ugh....lol. Found another dropped musket ball making it the third or forth from the site, a 1947 wheat penny, some junk jewelry, and finally off a deep 76 what I thought would be a pull tab was a heavy ball up silver chain bracelet. About 7 inches down. That little heavy monster made me at least not disappointed with my day. But my metal detecting is over now lol work week starts today for me.

Yes they are only my second good one. Still frustrated I've not managed gold there with all my efforts but it is what it is

Well done on the .925 chain John, it certainly made the hunt worthwhile.
I'm sure the gold is there hiding, and having a little as you haven't swung the coil over it yet.

Gold is just super hard you have to dig all the pull tab and can slaw signals. So much work. I was hoping to get some sort of pay off but hasn't been my luck this time. I won't fret it because all of a sudden can be days you get more than one gold in an outing.
