Day 2 - Barley Field 4.....

After a couple of hours doing the Archie dig today, I still had a bit of energy left to do 3 hours on the fields (6 man hours effort).

This is a tough field with very little in it, but we did get the following;

1806/07 Penny
'AS' sized Bronze Roman Coin
Broken snake buckle
Nice little 13th century spur strap buckle
unusual medieval strapend (maybe?)
Medieval Lead Weight
Roman bronze whatzit
& bits..
