Deck to Nowhere

Here's what happens when you move out and leave the house to the soon-to-be- ex. She has a deck built that goes nowhere, and uses non-treated lumber. (Said she was going to eventually have a door cut to the kitchen -glad it didn't get that far along )

Ok, it's not exactly the deck to nowhere...with the rather large gaping holes from the rotting wood I suspect you would go DOWN rather quickly...

The bad thing about the deck is, I'm afraid to even get near it to tear down the rest of it.!

I have to admit I would be afraid to approach that deck too....might wanna hook a chain to it.......a very LONG chain and just drive off! Tis gonna be scary whatever approach you take but you have done a beautiful job of the rest of the house and I am sure you will figure this one out too. thanks for the advice and luckily, I can't get a vehicle close enough to yank it down. I honestly plan to take a sawzall and cut a little at a time, removing the most precarious pieces first.

Sorry to disappoint CG and Cyn but I plan to be extremely careful with no exciting pics
