Dense 'Rock', Possible Meteorite ?

I found this in the Oregon Outback near Fort Rock, OR. Is this a meteorite?

Looks like hematite to me but wait for the pros answers.

It does not look like a meteorite. In general, from photos, easier to say when something is not, then when something is.
but, looks like hematite to my eyes as well....

Possibly a hematite concretion to be a little more precise, and water-worn as well. If this helps.
