Derringer Barrel

It's not a Today Find, I found it in my yard Sunday and didn't get any pictures until today. I think it's a .22 cal. Derringer pistol barrel. What is so amazing to me is there is a bullet jammed in it 3/8" from the muzzle. That would have been spooky to be holding.
