"Detectorist" on NETFLIX

I discovered this series of two metal detectorists in the old country. May noy be to everyones liking but I fell for it within the first minute or airing. There are only six episodes so far but recommend you checking it out and let me know what you think.

My wife and I were looking to watch a movie the other night, and came across this show. We watched two episodes, it was funny, but I was hoping for more detecting haha! I did like how they used realistic detector sounds, knew their gear, etc.

By being lucky I have seen season 1 & 2 all episodes before they were pulled from the website I saw them on. As it is I enjoyed them very much and have read that the BBC is asking for another season of shows to be produced. There is going to be a Christmas special showing on 12/23/2015 in the UK. Hopefully, it will show up via the www and we can see it here.

I watched the entire first season and loved it. Give it a chance. It gets more interesting as it goes on.

Kinda choppy sometimes but watchable.

I found it by accident the other day and liked it. Probably a bit slow for some peoples liking but it got mostly good reviews over all. Especially over there in the "old" country! [emoji2]

Yeap, very funny, Series 1 was a pilot on a channel that is hardly watched. It took off big time, with mass appeal.

Deep in its knowledge of our hobby, but still funny for those without it.
