Surface hunting is what we call metal detecting. Hut digging, privy diggers slang. lol.

Too bad I missed you there. I woud've liked to opportunity to meet you in person. Well looks like you did descent. I surfaced hunted the first and last day and dedicated the second day to hut and pit diggin. It was lucrative and had some nice relics start popping out from underneath of all those nails on the Wisconsin camp hill :icon_thumleft: :wink:
