These clams are very good most any way they are prepared jersey. We like to grind them, dip them in egg then roll in crushed Italian bread crumbs and fry fritters. They are very good just deep fried plain.

I went claming today as well, getting another nice limit. With quite a few on hand my wife took a bunch and is chopping them up for clam chowder. Mmmmmm.
