Digging tools for the Quattro?

Depends on where the target is located. In the woods or a field, a small shovel or Lasche is OK. In a park now with nice grass, I'd probably just leave it. Days later I'd come back and try to retrieve it by placing all soil on a cloth after cutting a plug. This way all the dirt can be placed back in the hole with the green side up.

Just try to be neat and not be seen with a shovel in a park.
