Dime Error?

Hey all, Wicka here, I found this in a dime roll today, thought it was a foreign coin at first ( by rim look) it's a 'silver' rim, with NO REEDS,
Is it a fake? It's in fine condition, but it looks all error(y) but if it's real, thats a huge error. if it's fake, it's fake.
Opinions?

It looks fake, but it surprises me why anyone would counterfeit a clad dime. I know counterfeit dollars are being made in Colombia, but why a dime?

Looks like there is a mask on Roosevelt's face. Maybe someone just messing around?

Looks like the coin plachent had metal on it when it was struck I'd have it checked out you may have the only error coins know to exist for that error type who knows....
