Zen Guru was restless. Stuck by the bookshelf along with Aqua Guru and the never used Go Find 60 that I had won at a digging show a few years back. Although restless Zen has gotten a few good outing in the past few weeks picking up a few injuries in the process. His "face" has a scratch across it which when I have the time (now that is funny as I do not go back to work till June 2nd) I will take him to a jeweler to get buffed out, his wire from the headphones is constantly bundling out (will disconnect and stretch to resolve this problem) and is caked in mud, dirt and Lord knows what else.

Of course Nogo was thirsty to the tune of $42. Getting a tad long in the tooth as I am sure he will turn 2000,000 kms this week! A bit of rust popping through but his heart is still that of a lion on the prowl.

Felt like "Tim the Tool Man" after an eyeball and my first target. Lord love a duck did the at wrench ever blow me ears off; sort of like being at a rock concert and having your ears ringing which by the way is a bad thing.

Casting Zen Guru here and there managed to snag a silver maceral which is part of the centennial set whereas the quarter has a cougar, nickel a rabbit and the dime the maceral all with some silver in them. Did a few local parks having both all to myself as rain was threatening and the wind had a gud gust to her.

Once home it was into the shower to remove all the bug spray I had dosed myself with. Do not like the taste of the "Deep Woods Off" one iota. Just so peaceful. Nice to see that the road from the highway to one of the parks is paved. Was visited at Oakfield Park by a deer, eagle and a murder of crows looking for a handout. All in all a good outing regardless of the lack of finds!

Then came the hard part of the evening. Getting up off of the floor after soaking a lot of stamps off paper. Needed a crane to get me up.

fan DIME tastic! Congratulations on some serious fun and thanks for sharing.
Also, didn't the half and dollar coins for the centennial also have unique reverses?

Congrats!

My ears always ring and chime and whine .Set out in the winter cold and snow and hear crickets and katydids and Cicadas...

Don't let Nogo see that wrench.

Animal coins - not that common! If it's like NB in NS, your nose would get even bluer when out detecting (maybe more than your nose).
