looks like some sort of game, or "challenge coin" for a night out drinking, lol. But I have never seen one like that.

I have a small stash of these, all kinds. I recovered mine from a building that was being torn down in Kansas City. You wouldnt believe some of the stuff they put on these coins lol! But they were used in an adult theater/arcade (at least mine were). I have not found any others.
