Discovery 3300 Question

Is the Bounty Hunter Discovery 3300 and the Legacy 3500 the same detector? Looks like the Discovery 3300 has just been rebadged as the Legacy 3500.

If the front panel has the same controls and visual display as the Discovery 3300, it is functionally the same thing.
