Id say thats a decent deal for What it is I mean its better then the Harbor freight modelsthat cost a little more i beleive so ya good deal

I had a 3300 and its a very good machine. It was my first machine and found it to be very deep and accurate. Its not in the same league as your AT Pro but will do the job.

Works great with the 10 " coil .

Herb are you using that on the beach? I have the BH3500 Legacy and the more I am using it on the beach the better the experience is. The GB is the most important for dry/damp sand, but I was thinking of changing up coils to the 10" or an 11" DD. I imagine that the Fisher push-in type will work since the F4 cover fits the head unit and the F4 comes with a 11"DD coil option with the push-in connector.

Nirros. You did well. I'd snatch up a deal like that in a heartbeat. I have the newer version, the Legacy 3500 and it has descent depth stock, and so far a solid VDI signal has been dead on. I use mine at the beach mostly, but didn't have the money to do both a beach detector and a land detector. So I settled on something with an adjustable ground balance and was reasonably priced. Well done!

I swing an atpro but when I saw the 3300 for that price I couldn't let it sit there. I have let a couple peeps try it out and they liked the thrill of the hunt. I may take it to a site that I know has pennies about 6" just to see how it fairs.
