Great questions gold diggr. A wheat coin is a penny that was made in between the years of 1909 to 1958 (see attachment). A coin roll is a roll paper (or plastic) that hold coins (see attachment).

It is as they say, you learn something new everyday.
I noticed the wheat images on the coins, whats the significance of that?
So, was there a particular event that took place between 1909 and 1958?
I guess the coin roller is self explanatory although i have never gone "coin roll hunting". I'm not sure how that works
Interestingly, 1958 was my year of birth.
Thank you for answering, i do enjoy the insight that you have provided.

As i have no expeirience with coin rolls I just wanted to say welcome to the site ur gonna learn alot & the people hear r very helpful

Coin roll hunters buy rolls of coins from the bank and look for either silver coins or older coins. Some buy $500-1000 at a time to search for those elusive silver coins.
