Stopped by my favorite thrift store and among other items, picked this nice Mickey Mouse stainless spoon by Bonny for 19 cents :headbang: . I know that at least it is worth about 100 times that. I think it's from the 70's, but not certain about it. Any Disneyana collectors in the forum?

No idea on that one, but I have a couple of Snoopy spoons from the '60s and they're worth around 10 bucks each, and I'm sure yours is worth more than they are.

At least from the 70s. I used one just like that when I was a growing up. Nice find. I would have snatched it up quickly if I found it. :laughing9:

Very nice. Oh, I passed by the old movies shelves and it was right on top of one. I snatched it rather quickly. My real surprise was when it rang for 19 cents :hello2:

An online auctioneer sold the Mickey one along with a Donald Duck one, both for $41. Thus, I assume that the Mickey alone should be around $20.

Sweet find! Ya know I have not see any thing made in Japan for a long time! I remember we used to joke about it. Now its china or taiwan. Yes I would say that spoon has to be collectible. Good score man! Good luck on your next dig. :headbang:

You're right. I used to joke about it too. Ha Ha, made in Japan!! Now it's China cause Japan became expensive. Have not thought about it. Thanks!
