If you dive, especially if you dive somewhere besides the mainland US or do not have some sort of 'real' health insurance, having DAN insurance can save your life and/or save you from bankruptcy. Their website and magazine are great sources of information as well.
Highly recommended from here as well.

I really like DAN and what it offers but our state, NY, says no.....
