Do you check your long handle scoops at airports

Just curious. I am buying one and would prefer to get a one piece handle over a "travel" handle.

Place inside of checked baggage...Mine has screw-on handles and is very compact...

Security inspectors will not appreciate you calling it a long handled drink cup holder...

The Beach Brute II sold through Kellyco is a 2 piece handle. you will not break the handle. Also several of the other manufactors make scoops where you add the wooden or fiberglass handle yourself, you could just take the bucket with you and buy a handle when you get where your going to.....
